I teach a group class in Orange, Ca. It is a vinyasa flow created for all levels of yogis, with various modifications and challenges offered during each posture. Right now I teach Thursday nights at 7pm and the class is just $6. I want everyone to experience the benefits of yoga, and believe the price and style of this class make that possible.
