Want to learn how to teach kids ages 3-11 yoga and mindfulness in the classroom? Join us: Mindful Life Level I Training September 16-18, 2011 (Friday 5pm-7pm, Saturday 9-4 and Sunday 9-4) in Denver, CO at St. Anne's Episcopal School. The training will include an introduction to the science of mindfulness, an explanation of the Mindful Life method (using mindfulness skills and yoga activities to develop emotional management skills in kids) and a resource training manual including sample classes and activities to facilitate.
