An open/mixed level class on Saturdays 10-11.15am at Holy Trinity Church Rooms in Cookham Berkshire SL6 5SN. For beginners to experienced to build peace strength and flexibility in body and mind. Try 1st class for 1 pound donation to charity, thereafter drop in rate of 8 pounds or block booking at 6.50 pounds x 6 classes = 39 pounds (must be used up within 8 week period) Jeff is a leading London based teacher who has recently moved to the area. He teaches at both of London?s top yoga centres - The Life Centre and Triyoga. He also trains yoga teachers on Triyoga's teacher training course.
