Balony Place is a Wellness & New Age Day Centre for the mind, body & soul, centrally located on the Sunshine Coast at Forest Glen. Our main focus is to create Balance & Harmony within all aspects of your life, bringing about optimum health, wellbeing & personal growth. Yoga Session Times: When: Comencing Tuesday 9th February 10am - 11.30am Where: Balony Place Cost: $15 per session or book 6 session pay $72.00 ($12.00 per session) Hatha yoga helps acheive a balance between body, mind and spirit through physical poses, breathing techniques & meditation. A 1h 30m session gives you the opportunity to surrender all of that built up stress and tension by tapping into your inate strength & building up energy within the body. It supports increase flexibilty and allows you to come into a place of clarity and acceptance of where you are as being the perfect place for you right now. Suitable for all levels of fitness, you will find you can fully relax into postures with the added support of props such as bolsters, belts and blocks.
