Stacy Siler Wooster is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Hatha Yoga Instructor, Birth & Postpartum Doula, and Clinical Herbalist in Round Rock, TX. She teaches Prenatal, Postnatal, Hatha, Gentle, Therapeutic, and Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. She also hosts Birthing with Massage & Yoga, which teach couples coping tools, and Blissful Babies Infant Massage, which allow parents and families to bond deeply with their newest family member as well as practical applications to relieve baby's distress.
