Fountain of Serenity Yoga is a uniquely different style of yoga that focuses on bringing the mind to the NOW with the intent of reducing stress and instilling loving kindness, compassion and equanimity. It is taught by Yoga Master Kabir (Jaime Casellas, Ph.D.) who trained in Mindfulness in Medicine. He is a Kripalu Certified Instructor, registered under the Yoga Alliance.
