Lara is certified to teach adults (Yogaworks), children (Radiant Child)and Pregnancy (YTI) yoga classes, which are held in Wicklow and South County Dublin. She enjoys imparting her passion for yoga and its many physical and spiritual benefits to individuals at all stages of life. Lara is trained in the YogaWorks method, which derives from the Iyengar and Ashtanga lineage. Her pregnancy classes help to prepare expectant mothers physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually for the experience of labour and parenthood in a supportive environment that encourages women to tap into their rich natural resources.
