Mary is a certified Anusara-Inspired Teacher and has completed trainings in Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Therapeutics, Meditation, Kirtan, and Tantric Philosophy. A student of yoga since 1991, Mary's teaching is informed by her depth of study and infused with creativity and playfulness as she guides students through a challenging and rejuvenating practice to tune and nurture the body, ultimately aimed at freeing the mind and unleashing the spirit. She intertwines breath with alignment and a deep connection to spirit to allow students to rediscover their innate brilliance.
