Her knowledge of anatomy and physiology, sports injuries and the Alexandra technique is incoroporated into her yoga classes providing variations to suit all levels of practice and health problems. Workshops are available focusing on Ashtanga, Hatha, partner yoga, chakra balance, relaxation and meditation.
