Lucia Reardon has had a 25 year love affair with Italy in general and Tuscany in particular. The people, the history, the art, architecture, food and wine provides a perfect backdrop for the active traveler to explore and relax on my trips. On these vacations, Yoga classes add a deeper level of enjoyment and self discovery all in the beauty of Etruscan settlements, Medievil castle, cistercian abbeys, and old logging trails. My Yoga instructors are highly trained, sensitive teachers, meeting practitioners where they are and bringing their practice to where they want to go.
