Our yoga program accommodates all levels beginning with our Yoga Basics class all the way to our Hot Power Yoga. Our specialty is Aerial Yoga, which is yoga performed in a silk hammock. Using strength, grace, and flexibility. You will climb and move your body into amazing and beautiful poses and shapes. Get deeper into stretches in the hammock and invert your body to align your spine as well as take pressure off your joints.
