Kata Yoga is original Hot Yoga which means Hatha Yoga Asanas (postures) and breathing exercises in a room heated to around 40 C (105 F). Classes are 90 minutes and include 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. 4 classes everyday: 8am, 10am, 5:15pm, 7:15pm All Levels Class. Everyone Welcome from Beginners to Advanced. All ages welcome. We provide towels and mats, and have water, coconuts, and electrolyte drinks available for purchase. Come prepared to sweat!
