Serenity Yoga Studio provides a wonderful environment for both beginners to learn, and for the more advanced student to explore postures with a beginner's mind or challenge their edge. Students develop self-awareness and deeper insights into the postures. We provide detailed instruction and individualized attention for all. We address Yoga on and off the mat. Everything is provided for a complete and supported Yoga practice and relaxation. Serenity Yoga Studio is a Kripalu-affiliated studio, independently owned and operated. All our teachers are certified to national standards, most are certified by Kripalu. Serenity Yoga Studio is located near the center of Bedford MA with easy access to Rte 95/128, Rte 3, and Rte 4, 225 & 62. We are on the second floor; our building has an elevator. Parking is in a well-lit lot. TAKE THE TIME TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!!
