I have been practicing yoga since 1980 and teaching since 1983. BLAST FROM THE PAST - The first Ashram I ever trained at was the Ananda Ashram. The first world class guru I ever trained with was Sri Dharma Mittra. The first yoga path I studies was hatha yoga. Then I moved into the various paths.
