Liberty Advance is a mountain desert retreat facility, approximately 65 miles east of San Diego. We offer yoga courses, teacher training, rejuvenation weekends, women's retreats, a residential training program, and we host groups. Our facilities include a 1250 sq. ft. practice room; 4 private rooms, dormatory & tent lodging; spa with small swimming pool, steam room, jacuzzi, cold plunge & soaking tub; meditation hut; healing hut; meditation cave; and cardio/gym workout room.
