I started attending a variety of yoga classes in the late 80's after a serious road accident,qualified as an Iyengar teacher in 2000 and have experienced other forms,particularly Satyananda. Presently i teach mainly hatha yoga in a number of different venues.Course usually covers loosening/warming up,body awareness,postures,breathwork,relaxation and meditation.
