The program is for beginners and those with experience in Hatha Yoga, meditation and breathing techniques. The Adult Ed. Class is on Saturday at 9:30-10:45 AM. Senior Citizen classes are given at the Bergen County Senior Center in Midland Park on Thursday at 1:00-2:00 PM. All are welcomed.
