Satya Yoga studio works on the simple and basic principles of the ancient wisdom. It takes a scientic look at Yoga.
General Structure of the Yoga class: 1.----Each Yoga class is divided into 4 parts:
• Loosening Exercises
• Dhyana (for advance practitioners)
ii. Theoretical knowledge is given to complement the Practical aspect of Yoga.
iii. Deep Breathing and Relaxation in between the Postures and Loosening Exercises is an important part of the classes.
iv. Along with breathing awareness, body consciousness remains the focus during the whole practice. It helps practitioners to stay in the present moment.
v. Appropriate Vyayama, Asanas and Pranayama are taught on the basis of different age groups, medical history, body type, gender etc.
vi. Asanas or postures are practiced with stillness and with a stress-free face. A practitioner observes deep breathing and stays for long time in all the postures.
vii. Yog nidra (psychic sleep) for 5 to 10 minutes has proved to be very relaxing and rejuvenating for most of the practitioners
