Come experience Kundalini as taught by Yogi Bhajan. With this yoga practice one can develop a strong meditative discipline enabling one to deal with life's stressors more effectively. In addition, Hatha Yoga will be offered for those seeking to develop a physical practice. All levels of yoga will be taught, and all are welcome! Class Hours: Kundalin-Mon., Wed., and Fri at 8:00a.m., Tues and Thurs. at 3:30p.m.. Hatha Beginner Classes-Mon., Wed., and Fri. at 9:30a.m.. Tues., Thurs. at 5:00p.m., and Sat. at 10:30a.m. Pranayama Breath-work on Saturdays at noon.
