We run a small studio where we give classes in english in the mornings at 11 am. We also give classes in spanish every evening at 1900 hrs. Our studio offers classes for beginners.We have daily classes for more advanced students. We have an Ayurvedic consultant for our diet and health programme. We also have an Integrated Yoga therapist for specific health and body issues. Registered Yoga teacher at 200 hrs and 500 hrs levels. Registered Integrated Yoga Therapist at 450 hrs level. Qualified Ayurvedic practitioner.
