I am now based near Straffan & Celbridge in County Kildare. I coach private classes in your home either for individuals or small groups (5 including the host, so I can give everyone individual attention) We will tailor the sequences as we go along to work with your bodys strengths an weaknesses. I also have very successful sequences for children and young teens which I developed while teaching in two different schools. These programmes received fantastic feedback from both the children and the parents.
