The studio is located in Atrium Plaza on Pine Island(NW 88th Ave)and NW 50th Street in Lauderhill, Florida. We have Hatha for all levels, yinyang yoga, Taichi and also TRX suspension classes. Our teachers are one of the best in the area, students are given personal attention as the classes are smaller unlike gym classes. All the classes end with beautiful relaxation sessions followd by some chai, tea or lemaonade :) Yoga Alliance-Approved 200-hour Teacher Training Course available. This Multi Style, hands on training program includes intro to Shivananda, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yinyang, Vinyasa flow and Kundalini Yoga. Curriculam includes philosophy of yoga and yoga profession, techniques and tools in teaching yoga, avoiding and working with injuries.
