The Soul Center is more than just a yoga studio. We are a safe haven, a community of like-minded people who embrace the ancient arts of yoga and meditation as a pathway to self-realization and enlightenment. In addition to yoga classes, Soul of Yoga offerings include the Sundara College Yoga Teacher Training Program (200 and 500- hr yoga alliance registered programs), Sundara College Yoga Spiritual Studies, private yoga instruction, restorative yoga with crystal bowls, spiritual counseling, chanting, kirtan, meditation, and prenatal and postnatal (Mommy and Me) yoga.
