Balancing body, mind, spirit and breath.Building strength and flexibility and gaining body awareness through a fusion of yoga styles which includes vinyasa flow, pranayama and relaxation. Children's classes from aged 2 and up We Take Children on a yoga journey using yoga games, music, and storytelling, building strength flexibility, calm and self esteem
