Juliette's yoga studio is a sacred space for her students in which your mind, body, and spirit can reach its full potential. She teaches a gentle yet challenging yoga practice which can also be combined with the Pilates reformer, chair, and barrel to make your practice flow. The yoga practice is adjusted to fit your individual needs and expectations. Juliette has been practicing yoga since she was nine. She became certified with Yoga Alliance and has been trained by great teachers including Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste, David Life, and Sharon Gannon. In the 1980s she integrated her peaceful practice of yoga with the Pilates machine to make her practice stronger. She now teaches by appointment only. Please CALL before coming.
