Feeling stressed, tired or anxious? Drop in for some quality “me” time and be enveloped in an environment of peace and tranquility while you find balance and relieve the stresses of life. Together, we will explore various breathing techniques, yoga postures and meditations all geared toward helping us set aside our burdens and take time to recoup and energize our minds and bodies. All experience levels are welcome. Different options will be presented for each posture so you can practice at a level that is comfortable for you. This is a Hatha style class designed to increase your flexibility and bring a feeling of vitality, calmness and serenity.
