I teach a combination of physical Yoga, working with the breath, Pranayama and relaxation. Beginners are particularly welcome and the emphasis is on gentle progression from safe structured posture sequences to develop your own Yoga practice. I hold the BWY Teaching Diploma and Pregnancy Yoga Module and classes are insured via the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).
