Arvinderfee is a Teacher of Kundalni Yoga and Shakti Dance and an Alternative healing therapist. Her first experience of these forms of yoga changed her perspective, after practising yoga for over 20 years . The inspirational phases of Shakti Dance brought both physical rejuvenation and enhanced body awareness. Arvinderfee believes that you should enjoy your life through making the most of yourself everyday. Look after your mind, body and soul and express yourself though dance or artistic pursuits and exercising in ways that you enjoy. Trained in KY through the AmritNam Sarovar IKYTA accredited school and Shakti Dance with the movements founder Sara Avtar Oliver in Italy. Her passion for movement and yoga has brought about a union that she loves to share. Arvinderfee is the only teacher to bring Shakti Dance to the Southern Hemisphere. SHAKTI DANCE the Yoga of Dance An immersion in sound, using Mantra, and pranayama in motion. This class will take you through all 8 phases, to release inner tension and to use dance as an expression of our inner being. Its benefits include inner harmony, increased cardiovascular health, improved posture, muscle tone and agility.
