Yoga classes are taught in English, to provide students with the fruits of the practice from a more relaxed place.

Weekly classes in English are on Wedneday mornings from 9:30-11:00 in a quiet residential area of Ramat Gan, 10 minutes driving distance from Tel Aviv.

Vijnana yoga teaches us to work with our body in a healthy and natural way. Using the basic vital principles of: relaxation & breathing, rooting, elongating & connecting, and by quieting the mind, we create inner strength, flexibility, calmness and steadiness of body and mind. For the beginner and intermediate levels.

Mia Goldstein is certified from Wingate Institute in the Vijnana Yoga method, and the Sivananda Yoga center in South India. She has 13 years of teaching experience.
