Two Hearts Studio is dedicated to the authentic practice of yoga. We have highly trained and credentialed instructors offering a variety of styles of yoga. We have many gentle classes that are suited for beginners and students with injuries or limitations. Two Hearts Studio is home to the Ester Vexler Yoga School which offers teacher training accredited through the Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level. We also offer Zen Meditation with the Morningstar Sangha.
