I specialize in private sessions created for the discerning individual who desires more energy, creativity, and vibrancy in his or her life. I am also a pioneer in pre natal yoga in the Boston area. I teach pre natal yoga workshops for teachers who want to instruct pregnant women. I also teach chakra yoga for the Ascension. The planet is changing and our bodies need to keep up. Chakra yoga is one way of doing it.
