The Original Hot Yoga of South Jersey is a studio that is committed to personal growth, exploration, and healing. We are dedicated to helping students physically and mentally heal their bodies by detoxifying, de stressing, and stimulating the cells, muscles, and organs of the body.

We use this yoga as a means of physical exercise that is designed to heal the body in what ever condition it may be in.
