Justine began practising yoga as a teenager and now holds a 500 hour teaching diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga. Her style combines Iyengar influences (from her own practise) with vinyasa sequencing. Her classes are light-hearted, friendly and suitable for all ages, shapes, sizes, genders and abilities!
