Power vinyasa yoga is a style of flow yoga, where you move from one yoga pose to the other in conjunction with your breath. It is a unique sequence of postures, connected via sun salutations. The practice emphasizes on body alignment, breathing and pose modification when necessary.
I have trained with Master Teachers in Seattle and Hawaii and currently teach in Mumbai, India.
