My mission is to share and support individuals in their practice of Self-Care and Self-Empowerment. Through Raja Yoga-based Personal Wellness Coaching, I offer support, structure and accountability to retrain the body/mind to feel empowered and healthy.
I strive to make the benefits of a regular yoga and self-care practice more accessible to everyone by:
--teaching you from the “ground up” so you have full understanding & confidence about how to benefit from your practice --personalizing the instruction to suit your individual or group needs; everyone’s practice is unique to them --bringing my services to YOU - YOUR local yoga center, YOUR workplace/office, YOUR organization/group, YOUR retreat, etc. -- so you can learn in a familiar environment that is convenient.
