Private lessons for individuals or small groups in the privacy of their home or at my place. The style is Hatha yoga with a focus on alignment derived from many years of practice in the Iyengar and Anusara styles.

You will find the strength, balance, muscle tone and vitality you are looking for and will be able to incorporate these qualities into your daily. Basic level for beginners or a more advanced practice for those with experience. Optional meditation techniques. Using my knowledge of body structure and alignment I can help you correct and improve your posture and even help you restore your body to its optimal state if you’re suffered from an injury or if you just want to learn to release some tension and relax.
