YC is your centrally located, friendly, affordable, and simple sanctuary for body, mind, and spirit. Dedicated and competent instructors teaching various yoga styles: hatha, iyengar, vinyasa, ashtanga, kundalini, juvamukti and more. We offer 40+ classes seven days a week and more in-depth workshops many Saturdays/Sundays. We have classes for everyone and also special classes (prenatal, postnatal, senior, back-care, mindfulness, restoratives, meditation and more) We opened in September 2010 and have created a unique modern and international space.
