Make space for yourself at the Shala ...... SYC is located centrally located in the heart of Casa De Oro and serves the surrounding areas of Rancho San Diego, La Mesa, Spring Valley, El Cajon and Greater San Diego. The Shala offers a fun, relaxed environment for you to learn and practice yoga. Our classes are limited to a maximum of 10 students which results in classes that feel more like private sessions. The Shala provides classes in the lineage of Krishnamacharya in a small intimate setting. We believe yoga should have a personal touch and we aim for your yoga experience to be fun, challenging, and supportive.
