New location! Now offering two rooms for different styles of yoga. Downstairs we offer gentle yoga, stretch yoga, vinyasa flow yoga, yoga fusion as well as workshops and special events. Upstairs we offer heated vinyasa flow and yin yoga. Melanie Alexander is certified with Yoga Alliance and we are currently offering yoga teacher training. New! Look for more information coming soon on teacher trainings for 2011! We will be offering intensive workshops and another nine month training in 2011.
