My hatha classes are one hour long and I mostly go on site to schools for teachers and for students. I do have my own studio in Greely as well and teach two classes a week there. Since my profession is being a teacher we have lots of fun and cater to each member's needs. The chair yoga component is for senior residences and also for Corporations. Now running a 6 week Meditation series. Day retreats are available for a Saturday or Sunday at your location with a minimum of 6 members in the program
