We run drop in classes, beginners courses, classes bookable by the half term, and workshops in Ashtanga yoga, yoga flow, Hot Yoga, Hatha yoga, Pilates, Baby Yoga and Kids Yoga. We are the regional specialists in Ashtanga yoga, and Camyoga is the home of Ashtanga Yoga Cambridge. We also run classes in Antenatal yoga, (yoga for pregnancy), Active birth and postnatal yoga. Classes and workshops are held at a variety of locations in central and south Cambridgeshire.
