"If you want to deepen your yoga practice, and recharge your batteries before wintertime… This is a good chance! One week on the Red Sea, in Dahab, a lovely coastal village located in the Sinai, Peninsula, well known especially for diving (learn more about Dahab: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dahab). Dates: 3 -10 September 2011. During this Yoga holiday we will enjoy the nature and at the same time we will get deeper in our practice. We will practice asana, silent meditation in the Vipassana tradition, and we will learn more about the basic philosophy of Yoga, a yogic diet and its benefits, and how to integrate the practice in our daily life. Two sessions per day + lectures, in a wonderful yoga room just by the sea.
