Earth Sky is a project set up by Dawn Lister and Jo Gray in 2009, that aims to help our community to reflect and grow. The drive behind forming this partnership was our desire to provide a space for people to retreat to, and explore yoga, meditation and therapy. Retreats, classes, workshops and bespoke one-to-one sessions provide the foundation of our work. Earth Sky's philosophy has its roots in the Tao:
