The school provides peaceful space to quiet the mind and to strengthen the self through the practice of asanas, pranayama, and meditation. Various lessons are offered including basic, pre-natal, therapeutic, children’s class, moms & babies class, and instructors’ course. Group lessons are held everyday and private lessons are available on request. Private seitai/yoga massage is also available. Reservations are needed for all the classes.
