I welcome you to my practice of yoga, massage and healing therapies.
My work is dedicated to supporting you in the process of transformation and integrated wellbeing, while helping your body to restore its natural state of balance and health.
I offer yoga classes and one to one work to develop health and awareness of the body\'s innate wisdom, and the cultivation of inner silence. This style of yoga is kind on the body and encourages the natural unfolding of healthy posture, fluid movement, expansive breathing and clear awareness.
Yoga sessions include hands on assistance and gentle guidance to evoke the unfolding wellbeing of your body and mind, and may incorporate postures which can help to relieve ailments, breathwork for deep relaxation, as well as holistic advice for supporting a natural and healthy lifestyle.
This yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of experience and ability. During the sessions, each person receives individual attention and guidance to support the unfolding of the body and mind.
I offer weekly classes, private tuition, workshops and retreats as well as massage and healing bodywork therapies.
