My classes are designed to provide healing space for each individual and to emphasize the richness of the present moment. I teach group classes, private sessions, and corporate classes in the Northeast Ohio area. I specialize in teaching yoga to beginners, individuals with health issues/injuries, and those who are looking for ways to manage stress. I am also a Reiki master and practitioner and offer 60-minute sessions by appointment. I am registered with the Yoga Alliance, hold a Master's degree in Medical Anthropology, and have a long-standing interest in cross-cultural health and healing practices.
