Akasha Yoga offers hot hatha and heated vinyasa flow yoga classes. Both styles offer a vigorous work out while improving strength, flexibility, balance and focus. In our heated vinyasa classes you will 'flow' from one posture to the next using the breath as the link. In our hot hatha classes you will hold a posture for a set period of time and then relax for a brief moment before starting the next posture. Both classes invite new and experienced students.
