200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training - Yoga Alliance registered - 2012/2013 Begin the adventure of a lifetime when you immerse yourself in the practice, study and teachings of yoga at the Solstice Teacher Training, for five weeks in the summer or fall of 2012. This highly acclaimed teacher training is a Certified 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Course. It brings world-renowned teachers to Zipolite with students from around the world. It is designed for those that want to teach with confidence, enhance their teaching or simply deepen their personal practice. 5-Day Yoga Retreat Vacations Yoga and Holidays on the bohemian paradise beach of Zipolite. The retreat program includes meditation, pranayama and asanas. Afternoons are free to enjoy, relax, explore... Beach view Cabanas, vegetarian meals. Massage, Feldenkrais treatment and afternoon trip included. Maximum of 20 participants. Daily Yoga Classes At Solstice Yoga Center we teach traditional South Indian Hatha Yoga classes emphasizing deep relaxation of the postural muscles, precise alignment in postures and subtle awareness of the breath. Students find these classes fun, lively and energizing. Each class begins with gentle opening of the deep back muscles and hip joints using props and lying relaxation postures.
