Challenge your body and nurture your spirit in vinyasa flow yoga classes that integrate breath and movement, awareness and alignment, flexibility and strength, stillness and joy. Four levels of classes are available including Basics (Brand New to Yoga - Done Some Yoga), Mellow Flow (New to Yoga - Done Some Yoga), Steady Flow (Done Some Yoga - Experienced Yogi), and Power Flow (Experienced Yogi). A multi-level alignment based flow class, ("Focus on Form") is offered every Thursday. First class is free!
