Teach 9:00a.m. Wed class at HS YMCA. I am the yoga coordinator and hire certified and registered Yoga Alliance teachers. We have an excellent staff with five classes a week. I conduct yoga teacher training at the 200hr level once a year. Currently I am renting space at the YMCA to teach, you can see the website for more info. We can arrange group classes, yoga to go (at your location), private yoga therapy, and classes at the YMCA. We teach all levels. Everyone is welcome.
